WME are pleased to announce that we have made an award for our new OJEU compliant Flexible Gas Framework, which commences in April 2022 for a 4-year period.

The thorough process included soft market testing across the industry followed by a competitive tender exercise.

All responses were scrutinised and scored by WME in addition to an independent third-party energy organisation.

We are pleased to announce that the winner of the tender exercise was TotalEnergies Gas and Power, who are our current Gas supplier, having been awarded the last contract which commenced in April 2018.

The exercise was run in line with Public Contract Regulations and extends WME’s relationship with TotalEnergies who are also our Flexible Electricity framework supplier until March 2024.

TotalEnergies are one of the largest Industrial and Commercial suppliers in the UK and have considerable experience within the public sector market space.

We look forward to continuing to work closely with them to deliver a high quality, cost effective energy service to all of our customers.
