Billing Administrator

Working within the Billing Team, to validate energy and water bills ensuring accuracy,
actioning any issues to the point of resolution and responding to customer queries
(raised by telephone and email). 

This will include liaising with the energy & water supplier to ensure
progress is made, and any problems resolved, with customer communication as
required.

Skills Required:

  • A good level of education
  • Excellent technical / mathematical problem solving skills
  • Ability to manipulate large volumes of data
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office

Customer Service Administrator

Working within the Energy Services Team, you will be required to respond to customer queries (raised by telephone and email) and provide administration support to primarily the Energy Services Department.

This includes managing the customer service inbox, answering telephone calls and maintaining the WME CRM system. 

Skills Required:

  • A good level of education
  • Ability to manipulate large volumes of data
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to gather, manipulate and produce reports in various formats
