WME’s Procurement Only provision, focuses on the delivery of an agreed risk managed procurement strategy, with billing flowing directly from the Framework supplier. WME’s key role extends to Supplier Management, general Contract Management and the provision of detailed budget forecasting information.

Flexible Procurement
WME provide different procurement strategies to match the requirements of your organisation
Green Energy
WME have a range of green electricity and green gas products
Price Validation
Your energy prices are validated by WME along with all non-commodity costs prior to them being accepted. Checks include network charges, transportation, metering and environmental levies.
Contract Management
All customers have a dedicated account manager and regular contract review meetings. WME will report on key areas of the contract performance.
Supplier Management
We are aware that the performance of our supplier is reflective of our service and we therefore have a comprehensive process in place for managing and monitoring our suppliers performance.
Budget Support
WME will provide detailed budgeting support for your organisation in advance of each financial year.
